The centralized gas supply system using large cryogenic storage tanks is the most convenient, economical, and safe option for gas delivery. Based on the customer's gas consumption and usage cycle, tanks of various capacities can be selected. This system offers the following advantages:

Large Storage Capacity, Low Cost: For example, a 20m³ argon cryogenic storage tank occupies approximately 6 square meters and stands about 8 meters tall. With a net capacity of 20m³, it provides 16,000 cubic meters of gas when vaporized. Unlike traditional cylinders, which would require around 3,000 cylinders and occupy about 222 square meters to store the same amount of gas, the cryogenic tank minimizes waste and offers efficient storage and management.

 

Ease of Use, Increased Efficiency: The cryogenic storage tank is equipped with built-in boosting and vaporization devices, eliminating the need for external power sources or additional equipment. It can be operated by a single person for continuous gas supply, significantly enhancing operational efficiency compared to the 3-minute cylinder changeover time required with traditional cylinders.

 

High Safety, Clean Environment: The tank operates at a maximum pressure of 1.7 MPa and features triple protection pressure relief devices, ensuring high safety. In case of an emergency, any gas release is contained and does not result in severe damage. Traditional cylinders, with a pressure of 13–13.5 MPa, are high-pressure vessels with fewer safety features, posing risks of dangerous incidents, especially under high temperatures.

 

Smart Management: An optional intelligent management control system allows for remote monitoring and control of liquid levels, pressure, vaporization temperature, pressure adjustment range, gas mixture content, and flow rates. This reduces manual operations and minimizes risks associated with human error.
