The Liquid Nitrogen Doser is a high-precision liquid nitrogen injection system designed to accurately dose containers on production lines. Compact and easy to install, it is compatible with a wide range of production setups and is ideal for low- to medium-speed production environments. Equipped with a “no container, no dosing” feature, it ensures maximum nitrogen efficiency while vacuum-insulated piping minimizes liquid nitrogen consumption, providing a stable, safe, and efficient dosing process.

Working Principle

Liquid nitrogen is delivered through vacuum-insulated pipelines to the dosing nozzle, which is controlled by a PLC system integrated with sensors and an HMI interface. The nozzle uses dry nitrogen positive pressure protection to prevent air intrusion, avoiding frost or ice blockage. A differential pressure level sensor monitors liquid levels, enabling gas-liquid separation and non-pressurized dosing. Liquid nitrogen can be injected individually or continuously, and micro-injection technology ensures consistent dosing even at varying production speeds. The system is compatible with powder, granular, and hot-fill products, ensuring uniform and safe nitrogen delivery.
