Product Overview

A liquid nitrogen generator is a system designed to liquefy nitrogen from the air and provide a continuous supply of liquid nitrogen. The equipment compresses, cools, and separates air, lowering the temperature of nitrogen to approximately −196 °C, where it condenses into liquid form. The produced liquid nitrogen is then stored in a cryogenic container for stable and continuous supply.

With a compact structure and stable operation, the generator enables on-site production of liquid nitrogen, reducing the cost and losses associated with transportation and storage. It is widely used in research laboratories, food processing, biotechnology, and various cryogenic engineering applications.

Working Principle

The liquid nitrogen generator uses ambient air as the raw material. Air is first compressed by an air compression system and then cooled through a cooling unit. During the purification and separation process, oxygen, nitrogen, and other components in the air are separated.

The nitrogen is then further cooled through a low-temperature heat exchange system. As the temperature gradually decreases to the liquefaction point of nitrogen, it condenses into liquid nitrogen and flows into a cryogenic storage system for collection and supply.

The entire process is monitored and controlled by an automatic control system, ensuring stable liquid nitrogen production, reliable purity, and safe equipment operation.
