Working Principle

The Dry Shipper utilizes vapor-phase cryogenic storage technology. The absorbed nitrogen is evenly distributed within the absorbent structure, creating a stable low-temperature vapor environment inside the container.

Once the liquid nitrogen is absorbed by the material, it remains securely fixed within the structure. Even if the container is tilted or briefly inverted, the liquid nitrogen will not flow freely or spill, significantly reducing transportation risks.

An internal isolation structure separates the sample storage area from the absorbent region, preventing the absorbent material from entering the sample space and ensuring safe storage conditions.
