The valve adopts a bellows-sealed stem structure, providing excellent sealing performance and reliable operation under extreme cryogenic conditions. Manufactured from cryogenic-resistant materials, the valve can operate at temperatures as low as −269 °C and can be used for long-term service in environments around 20 K.

The valve has a nominal diameter of DN20 and a nominal pressure rating of PN25. Its structural design allows convenient maintenance, as the bonnet can be withdrawn from the valve body for inspection and servicing, improving system reliability and maintenance efficiency.

Working Principle

The cryogenic liquid hydrogen manual globe valve operates through a manual driving mechanism that moves the valve stem vertically. This movement controls the opening or closing between the valve disc and valve seat, thereby regulating the flow of liquid hydrogen or completely shutting off the medium.

The valve adopts a metal bellows sealing structure, which isolates the cryogenic medium from the external environment, maintaining excellent sealing performance under ultra-low temperature conditions.
