The transport and storage liquid nitrogen container is a cryogenic vessel designed for the transportation and storage of liquid nitrogen and biological samples. It is suitable for long-distance transport as well as temporary or long-term storage of laboratory samples.

The container is manufactured from high-strength lightweight aluminum alloy, providing excellent structural strength and durability while maintaining a lightweight design that allows convenient handling and transportation.

Working Principle

The transport and storage liquid nitrogen container adopts a double-layer vessel structure. The inner vessel stores liquid nitrogen and samples, while the outer shell provides mechanical protection and forms an insulated space. A high-vacuum environment combined with multilayer insulation materials between the inner and outer vessels creates an efficient insulation system, reducing heat transfer from the external environment and minimizing the evaporation rate of liquid nitrogen.

Liquid nitrogen remains in a stable cryogenic state inside the container. Through natural evaporation, it creates a low-temperature environment that maintains continuous cryogenic conditions for stored samples.
