Product Overview

The Liquid Helium Tank Container is a large-scale cryogenic storage and transportation vessel specifically designed for liquid helium storage and logistics. It is suitable for both sea and land transportation, enabling safe and efficient long-distance delivery of ultra-low temperature media.

The container adopts a high-vacuum multi-layer insulation structure combined with a liquid nitrogen shielding layer, effectively minimizing external heat ingress and reducing liquid helium evaporation loss. This ensures the stability and safety of liquid helium during transportation.

With its robust structure and strong transportation adaptability, the tank container meets the requirements of international cryogenic liquid transport standards and is suitable for global liquid helium transportation and distribution.

Working Principle

The liquid helium tank container utilizes high-vacuum multi-layer insulation technology. A high-vacuum environment is maintained within the container jacket, while multiple layers of insulation materials significantly reduce heat transfer through conduction and radiation.

In addition, a liquid nitrogen shielding layer is installed within the insulation structure. By using liquid nitrogen precooling, the system further reduces heat transfer to the inner vessel, greatly improving overall thermal insulation efficiency.

The inner tank is manufactured from cryogenic-resistant alloy materials, which maintain excellent strength and toughness at extremely low temperatures, ensuring structural stability and safety during transportation.
