Product Overview:
Cryogenic treatment equipment can be used in the cryogenic modification of metal materials, pulverized metallurgical products, cutting tools, measuring tools, molds, mechanical parts, medical materials, etc. It can also be used in the fields of genetic and biological engineering, medicine, food processing, plant breeding, aerospace, animal husbandry and so on.

Product Features:

1. Refrigerating medium: liquid nitrogen (LN2);
2. One-button operation, simple and stable;
3. The box body is insulated by imported multi-layer composite insulation materials with thermal conductivity of 0.018~0.024 W/(m.K).;
4. The infusion tube is insulated by ultra-polar vacuum with the vacuum ≤1.33×10-3Pa;
5. Liquid nitrogen atomization +DTD technology can take into account the requirements of atomization protection workpiece and uniformity;
6. The control system USES touch screen +PLC, PID control mode, accurate temperature control, can achieve data storage and query functions;
7. It has USB, serial port, network port and other external interfaces;
8. Automatically print the process report after the process is finished;
9. The temperature sensor adopts class A precision PT100 platinum resistance thermometer and has been verified by the national authority;
10. The paperless recorder or paper recorder can accurately record the process temperature;
11. Solenoid valves are connected in parallel with one for standby and one for one-key switching;
12. Liquid nitrogen gas recovery function: the nitrogen discharged after refrigeration can be recovered to the storage tank for use in the heat treatment furnace;
13. Reminder and alarm functions;
14. Equipped with overtemperature sound and light alarm device;
15. Emergency stop function, can cut off the heating or cooling function, to ensure the safety of use;
16. End of process reminder.
