Working Principle

The Microbulk Tank adopts a double-layer vessel structure. The inner vessel stores the cryogenic liquid, while the outer shell provides mechanical protection and forms an insulated space. A high-vacuum interlayer combined with multilayer insulation effectively reduces heat transfer from the external environment, thereby minimizing evaporation loss of the cryogenic liquid.

The stored cryogenic liquid is delivered through a piping system to a vaporizer, where it absorbs ambient heat and converts into gas. The gas is then supplied to downstream equipment through a pressure control system, ensuring stable and continuous output.

The system is equipped with a precision metering device that continuously monitors liquid consumption, enabling accurate on-site measurement and management. In addition, a remote liquid level monitoring system can transmit operating data to a remote platform, allowing Internet of Things (IoT) based monitoring and improved operational management.
