Product Overview

The High-Pressure Piston Pump is specifically designed for high-pressure transfer of cryogenic liquids and gases, including liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquid nitrogen (LN₂), liquid argon (LAr), and liquid oxygen (LOX).

This pump delivers extremely high outlet pressure, meeting industrial demands for high-pressure, high-flow transfer. Working Principle

The high-pressure piston pump operates via a motor-driven crankshaft and connecting rod mechanism, driving the piston to move reciprocally within the pump cylinder.

  • During the suction stroke, cryogenic liquid or gas enters the pump chamber.
  • During the compression stroke, the medium is pressurized and discharged through the outlet valve, achieving stable high-pressure delivery.

 

Pump body and sealing systems use low-temperature-resistant materials to ensure safe and stable operation in cryogenic conditions.
