Product Overview

The Vacuum Insulated Piping is a high-performance pipeline system designed for the transfer of cryogenic liquids, including liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid hydrogen, liquid helium, LEG, and LNG. It is widely used in air separation, gas processing, aerospace, electronics, superconductors, chip manufacturing, automation, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, biobanks, rubber, new materials, chemical, and steel industries, as well as in scientific research applications. The system provides efficient thermal insulation, reducing liquid evaporation and ensuring safe and stable cryogenic liquid transfer.

Working Principle

The piping features a high-vacuum, multi-layer, multi-shield insulation design (VI/VJ Piping). It consists of a double-layer stainless steel jacket filled with special multi-layer insulation materials maintained under high vacuum. This design reduces heat leakage to only 0.035–0.05 times that of conventional insulated pipelines, significantly lowering liquid evaporation and improving energy efficiency. The vacuum-insulated structure ensures long-term reliability under extreme low-temperature and high-pressure conditions.
