Working Principle

Cryogenic liquid tank trucks adopt a double-layer tank structure. The inner tank stores the cryogenic liquid, while the outer shell provides mechanical protection and forms an insulated space. Between the two layers, a high-vacuum multilayer insulation system effectively minimizes heat transfer from the external environment, reducing evaporation loss and maintaining a stable cryogenic temperature inside the tank.

During unloading, the liquid can be discharged using either a cryogenic pump system or a self-pressurization device. The cryogenic pump enables rapid liquid transfer and improves unloading efficiency, while the self-pressurization system generates pressure through controlled vaporization of the liquid, allowing the stored liquid to be discharged smoothly.

Pressure control devices, safety valves, and related piping systems work together to ensure safe and stable operation during transportation and unloading while maintaining the purity and cryogenic condition of the medium.
