Product Overview

A cryogenic liquid storage tank is a specialized system designed for storing and supplying liquefied cryogenic gases. It is suitable for the storage and management of oxygen, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, and liquefied natural gas (LNG).

With an efficient insulation structure, the tank helps ensure safe storage while significantly reducing evaporation loss of cryogenic liquids, enabling stable and long-term low-temperature storage.

Working Principle

Cryogenic liquid storage tanks use a double-layer vessel structure. The inner vessel stores the cryogenic liquid, while the outer shell provides mechanical protection and forms an insulated space. A vacuum insulation layer between the two vessels effectively reduces heat transfer from the surrounding environment, minimizing evaporation and maintaining a stable cryogenic temperature.

The tank is equipped with internal cryogenic piping and pressure control systems, allowing stable output of either liquid or gas depending on operational requirements. Through the coordination of pressure control and safety protection devices, the system maintains stable operation within a safe pressure range and automatically releases excess pressure under abnormal conditions to ensure the safety of both the equipment and operators.

A modular piping system and standard interface design allow the tank to connect with various cryogenic equipment and auxiliary devices, forming a complete cryogenic storage and supply system.
