Product Overview

The liquid nitrogen dosing solution is a low-temperature dosing system designed for beverage and food filling production lines. It is widely used in industries such as carbonated beverages, beer, juice, milk, and edible oils.

The system precisely injects a small amount of liquid nitrogen into bottles or cans before sealing. As the liquid nitrogen rapidly vaporizes, it creates stable internal pressure inside the container. This process enhances container structural strength, extends product shelf life, and improves overall packaging quality.

The system can be seamlessly integrated with automated filling lines to enable stable and efficient continuous production. At the same time, it helps reduce liquid nitrogen consumption and improve overall production efficiency.

Working Principle

The liquid nitrogen dosing system utilizes the property of liquid nitrogen to rapidly vaporize at ambient temperature. A precise dosing device injects a micro-quantity of liquid nitrogen into the packaging container.

Inside the container, the liquid nitrogen quickly absorbs heat and evaporates into nitrogen gas, creating stable internal pressure. This pressure strengthens the container structure while reducing oxygen content, thereby extending product shelf life and improving packaging stability.

The system uses vacuum-insulated transfer pipelines and gas-liquid separation devices to maintain liquid nitrogen in a stable cryogenic liquid state. An automatic control system accurately regulates dosing time and dosage, ensuring a reliable and consistent dosing process.

System Components

The liquid nitrogen dosing system mainly consists of a liquid nitrogen generation unit, liquid nitrogen storage tank, self-pressurizing liquid nitrogen container, vacuum-insulated liquid nitrogen pipeline, liquid nitrogen gas-liquid separator, high-vacuum insulated flexible hose, and liquid nitrogen dosing equipment.
