Product Overview:
The Vacuum Insulated Flexible Hose is designed for the transport of cryogenic liquids such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid hydrogen, liquid helium, LPG, and LNG. It is suitable for use in industries like air separation, gas, aerospace, electronics, superconducting, chip manufacturing, automation, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, biobanks, rubber, new materials production, chemicals, and steelmaking. This hose is commonly used with low-temperature equipment (e.g., cryogenic tanks, Dewar flasks, cold boxes) and in scientific research.

The hose features high-vacuum, multi-layer, multi-screen insulation technology, known as Vacuum Insulated Piping (VI Piping) or Vacuum Jacketed Piping (VJ Piping). This modern alternative to traditional insulated piping significantly reduces thermal leakage, with only 3.5% to 5% of the heat loss compared to conventional insulation, leading to substantial energy and cost savings for customers.

·Superior Insulation: The hose is made with double-layer stainless steel, with the space between layers filled with specialized multi-layer insulation materials and maintained under high vacuum. This design ensures excellent cold retention, preventing condensation or frost on the hose’s surface during use.

· Flexible and Customizable: With a small bending radius, the hose is easy to handle and can be customized to different lengths according to user requirements.

· Compatibility: The hose can be connected to vacuum pipelines.

· Efficient Connections: Both ends of the vacuum hose are equipped with quick couplings designed for storage tanks and tankers, significantly reducing liquid vaporization losses during filling and discharging processes.
