Product Overview

The Vacuum Insulated Flexible Hose is a high-performance pipeline designed for cryogenic liquid transfer, including liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid hydrogen, liquid helium, LEG, and LNG. Its excellent thermal insulation performance and flexibility make it suitable for applications across air separation, gas processing, aerospace, electronics, superconductors, chip manufacturing, automation, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, biobanks, rubber, new materials, chemical, and steel industries, as well as for scientific research and low-temperature equipment systems.

Working Principle

The hose features a double-layer stainless steel tube structure with a space between layers filled with multi-layer insulation composites maintained under high vacuum. This high-vacuum, multi-layer shield design reduces heat leakage to only 0.035–0.05 times that of conventional insulated pipelines, significantly lowering liquid evaporation losses and improving energy efficiency.

Both ends of the hose are equipped with quick-connect fittings, allowing safe and low-loss connections to cryogenic tanks, Dewars, and truck pipelines.
